It Should Be Easy
It should be easy was the title that I really meant to use for this . I don't know how to rotate pictures! There is usually a little turn around thingy but I couldn't find it! Sorry for the crooked pictures!
It Should Be Easy !
We read, Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day this morning. I sort-of started out wrong today and that is what prompted it. I practically have two teenagers, Mary Kaitlyn is twelve but still has the drama of a teenager. Hayden is fourteen and loving it. We had a night of homework that went on all night long on Monday. I have to help Mary Kailtyn take in her things a lot. We dropped some of it in the rain. Hayden's poster got wet. My hair flip-flopped. I was late. It was just one of those days. It could have been worse for sure. It helps sometimes if the children know that I have those days too. I asked them if I should go and teach in Australia (you have to know the book to get that). Let the children tell you about it. We didn't have our best day, but we will work on it tomorrow. We did have a good library day for the first time. I did put back a few apples that had been pulled. Does that make me kind?

It's Wednesday!
We've made it to Wednesday! My little first graders are doing well! We have spent our days easing into the routine. Chapel has been great. They love to be able to hold the songbooks this year. They absolutely love their new Bibles! They are constantly asking when Bible class is. Their favorite things so far are : On the First Day of Grade School book, Chrysanthemum, The Discipline Dozen, Miss Maria ( my spanish puppet), and my froggie flyswatter (with a mustache).
I will have to take a picture of some of the things for you.
My days after school are pretty crazy. I wait for Mary Kaitlyn and Hayden to practice V'ball and Cross-Country. I actually cooked supper last night and then plopped onto the couch from exhaustion. Let me know if you would like Spaghetti Supper tickets from Hayden. It is Friday from 4:30 -6:30 (dine in or carry-out). Family tickets are $18.00 and individual tickets are $5.00. I will be helping before open house, which I am assuming is between 6:30-7:00. So when you come in to see me I may smell and look like spaghetti! I'm so glad though that Hayden and Mary Kaitlyn are involved. They love it. By the way, did I tell you that I am the J.V. Cheerleader sponsor too? Mary Kaitlyn is also a cheerleader. It's all so fun! I just love to be around the kids. Visit me as I try to post more and learn more about posting pictures. Send me pictures!

School Has Begun!!
We are officially back in school! Sunday was a sleepless night for the Sutton family! We were anticiapting our first school day. It ended up being a great day! Mary Kaitlyn was so excited to go to seventh grade and Hayden couldn't wait to hang out with his buddies. My first graders came in ready to go! We had so much fun reading books and finding our routine. I always look forward to meeting my new groups. I will have pictures soon! Bear with me as I learn how to create a blog!
